Shipping policy

All orders that are to be shipped are typically done so using the carrier Australia Post, but from time to time and as necessity dictates, may be sent via alternate couriers and carrier services.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday at varying times of the working day and, where orders are received later in the day, they may not in some instances make the cut off times allocated by the relevant couriers or carriers. In these cases the order will be sent the following business day. Orders received late at night or over the weekend will be sent the next available business day where carriers are available.

Local Pickup

Orders marked for local pickup will be processed usually within 24 hours of order receipt and will be held for collection. Customers collecting local pickup orders must bring proof of transaction such as the order confirmation email to the shop location to be verified.
